Due to the personalized nature of our embroidered sweatshirts, we do not offer refunds or returns. Every piece is custom-made to your specific choice of word, phrase, and color.

Exceptions for Damage or Errors.

We only offer replacements or refunds if:

• The item arrives damaged.

• There is a manufacturing error or the embroidery does not match your order.

If your order is damaged or incorrect, please contact localthreadcompany@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.
